A brief background on the key management team is described below:

Charles Snyder
Mr. Snyder is a Managing Director of Global Capital Group, located in San Francisco. He has held a range of senior executive positions, including corporate executive and financial management, project development, project and structured finance, international banking, and investment management. This experience over 30 years has included a broad range of financing and investment activities in the energy and infrastructure projects in the international market. His experience includes Managing Director and Global Head of Transportation for PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities, Chief Financial Officer of Airport Group Int'l., Managing Director of BA Securities Project Finance Department, and a Managing Principal at Bechtel Investments Inc., serving as both Chief Financial Officer and Managing Principal responsible for investment funds and for international investments. Mr. Snyder holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.


Jay Song
Mr. Jay Song, is a Managing Director of Global Capital Group, leads China Business Development in Beijing. Mr. Song has 15+ years of experience and has held a range of senior executive management positions. Mr. Song immigrated to the USA eighteen years ago for his PhD at the University of California. Mr. Song possesses extensive experience in public relations and private sector investment issues in Asia. Prior to Global Capital he worked to establish sponsorship for private equity Funds in China, with conjunction work on investment projects, due diligence, project contracting, financing and development coordination in China. He is highly linked to central and regional governments when he worked on different projects, including SoftBaz corporation, a high tech and VC venture firm in Shanghai and Shen Zhen (China), NetAsia Corporation, a Manila (Philippine) based data communication company. Early in his career, he was a founder and Chief Executive Officer of J.S. Advanced Corporation (JSA) since 1993. He also established Syscaching Corp. in 1996, which was in the system integration and Internet business. His assignments have included the investment in various projects and cross-border transactions.


Denis Slavich
Dr. Slavich is a Managing Director who has more than thirty years of international experience in finance, marketing and sales, and project development. He has worked in engineering, construction, energy and power development, and high technology companies. This experience has included over ten years of experience as a CFO for both public and privately owned companies ranging in size from multi-billion dollar companies to start ups. Dr Slavich also has extensive experience in corporate and project finance. The companies he has worked for, as a Vice President, Sr. V.P. or Executive V.P., include Bechtel, Fluor Daniel, Morrison and Knudsen, M W Kellogg, and BigMachines. For the last few years he has acted as a consultant with the primary focus of his activities being China. He has worked for companies such as Fluor Daniels, InfrastructureWorld, and Far East Energy Corporation directing the China business development efforts. Dr Slavich has a BS degree in electrical engineering from UC Berkeley, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a PhD in economics and finance from MIT.


Dennis Dolan Crook
Mr. Crook is a Managing Director at Global Capital Group and leads business development for the Middle East. He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of infrastructure finance with expertise in the fields of energy, water and infrastructure development. He is one of the founders of CME International that developed, financed and joint ventured energy and infrastructure projects around the world. He was on the team that established Whittaker Corporations operations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, while increasing the market presence of 30 of Whittaker’s 70 companies in these regions. Dennis has lived in 4 other countries besides the USA in his 25 years of international business development. Mr. Crook was the key officer interfacing with heads of state and senior foreign government officials while on state visits to the USA. He was recognized by the Economis Magazine, EIU (Economist Intelligence Unit) as one of the top recruiters in energy and finance in 2000 and 2001. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BA in political science and BS in business. He holds a Masters degree from the American University School of Advanced International Studies. He is fluent in French and has a very strong foundation in the Arabic language having spoken it for over 25 years.



Jeremy Goodwin
Mr. Jeremy Goodwin is a co-founder of Global Capital Group and China Diligizer and a Managing Partner with 3G Capital Partners. He has served on the board of Pacificnet (NADAQ: PACT) as an Independent Director since December 24, 2004. He began his career in 1995 at Mees Pierson Investment Finance S.A. in Geneva, Switzerland where he supported the fund private placement/private equity finance team. Noteworthy transactions executed by the group included assistance on the placements of the $1.2 Billion Carlyle Partners II Limited Partnership. In 1997 he went to work for the then parent institution, ABN Amro, in Beijing, China where he established the Global Clients desk representing the bank's multinational clients to sovereign regulatory agencies and local financial institutions while monitoring their working capital needs. During his time there, the office was approved by the Central Bank of China to operate as a fully licensed branch. Noteworthy transactions executed by the group included assistance in the business development and project management for the Royal Dutch Shell Oil project and the Beijing Capital International Airport listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange arranged by the Hong Kong office of ABN Amro Rothschild. He also assisted the Singapore Debt Capital Markets team in the business development origination of Sovereign Euro Debt Issuances for the Ministry of Finance and the State Development Bank in Beijing for the People's Republic of China. In 1999, He went to work for ING Barings in London as an International Associate working directly for the buisiness manager to the CEO. One of his primary assignments was in Hong Kong with the ING Beijing Investment arm of Baring Private Equity Partners, a joint venture with the Beijing Municipal Government established in 1994 at the decree of then Chinese Premier Zhu Rong Ji and widely considered the first domestic Chinese Private Equity fund. Mr. Goodwin received his BS from Cornell University in 1996 in conjunction with the Institute of Higher International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. He later pursued his advanced degree with Princeton University with a concentration in Chinese affairs which he completed at the prestigious Nanjing Chinese Studies Center of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Jeremy is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, French and has working knowledge of Vietnamese.
